Adrian Balan
President • Project Manager
Adrian Balan has long been drawn to architecture, design and high-performance construction. He made his leap into the construction industry following his studies in Eastern Europe. Excited by the challenge of constructing elegant and well-made homes, Adrian refocused his professional energies on mastering building science. Adrian started Décor Builders Home Builders team in 2005, eager to share his considerable experience in project management and custom home-building.
Arabela Balan
VP • Design coordinator
Arabela graduated from UNCC with a bachelor in Finance and Management. Arabela is responsible for reviewing interior & exterior selections with each homeowner, designing & furnishing homes and coordinating the bidding and estimating process along with all the financials. As Décor Builders design coordinator, Arabela works closely with our vendors and clients’ to ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget.
